Quick and Easy Soap Brows Tutorial

Tools and materials:

• Soap
• Spoolie
• Tissue or blotting paper
• Eyebrow pencil
• Concealer (optional)

For this tutorial, you’re going to need a spoolie and, of course, soap. You can use plain soap (clear glycerin soap works best).

Or you can use a soap that is made specifically for eyebrows, which is what I’ll be using.

To use a regular bar of soap on your brows, simply dampen it, or dampen the spoolie, and load the spoolie up with soap by brushing it back and forth a few times. 

For the brow soap I’m using, I’m going to dampen my spoolie and swish it about in the pot for around 10 seconds. 

1. Blot brows

Using a tissue or blotting paper, I’m going to remove any excess oils from my brows.

2. Apply soap to brows

Then, brush all your brow hairs up then load up the spoolie with soap in the way that I explained before.

Use your soap to brush all your hairs up, not straight up but kind of diagonally up. Take your finger and press all the hairs down.

3. Tame brows

However, I’d prefer my brows to look a little bit smaller so I'm running the spoolie along the top of the brows to tame them a little.

Then I brushed a few hairs back into place before the soap dried and patted them down with my finger.

Repeat the same process on your other eyebrow.

4. Remove excess soap

Now, take a damp tissue and pat it all the way around your eyebrows to remove any excess soap.

This is a really important step because makeup might sit strangely on top of the soap.

5. Fill in brows

Then, grab your eyebrow pencil and fill in any sparse areas with hair-like strokes.

I then clear up the look by applying some concealer around my brows and do the rest of my makeup.
