- Angled brush
- Cobalt blue eyeliner pencil
- Mascara

- Concealer and powder
1. Prep your eye area
Place sticky tape along the outer corners of your eyes to create a sharp, clean line. Prime your eyelids with a concealer or eyeshadow base to ensure colors pop and last all day.
2. Apply eyeshadow with a dry sponge
For the outer corner:
Dip the dry sponge into a deep shade. Stamp the color onto the outer corner of the eyelid, layering until the desired intensity is achieved. Gently push the color toward the center of the lid to diffuse the edges.
For the center of the lid:
Use the sponge to press a medium-toned shade onto the center of the lid. Blend the edges into the outer corner shade for a seamless gradient.
3. Add glitter or shimmer
Use a flat shading brush to apply a glitter or shimmer shade to the inner corner of the eyelid. Blend the glitter into the center color for a smooth transition.
4. Deepen and define
Use a black eyeshadow to deepen the outer corner. Buff it in lightly for a smoky effect.
With an angled brush, pick up the same black shadow and create a soft wing along the top lash line, keeping it close to the lashes.
5. Finishing touches
Gently peel off the tape to reveal a clean, sharp edge.
Use concealer and powder to tidy up any fallout and brighten the under-eye area.
Apply a cobalt blue eyeliner pencil to the waterline. Stamp the same outer corner shade along the lower lash line to soften the look.
Add a pop of highlight to the inner corner for a bright, open-eye effect.
6. Lashes and mascara
Curl your lashes to prep for mascara. Apply a generous coat of mascara to both the top and bottom lashes.
Attach wispy false lashes for an elongated, dramatic finish that still showcases the eye makeup.
9. Pairing the look with a nude lip
Use a brown lip liner to outline your lips and blur the edges. Fill in the lips with a soft nude lipstick for a subtle ombre effect.
