In this video, YouTuber Trishonna shares her secrets to avoid sweating through your clothes.

1. Scrub armpits thoroughly

Trishonna starts by emphasizing the importance of thoroughly scrubbing the armpits during showers to remove any leftover deodorant residue.

She explains that when deodorant remains on the skin overnight, it becomes sticky and unpleasant when mixed with sweat. By thoroughly cleansing the armpits, one can prevent this discomfort.

2. Apply deodorant in the morning

Another crucial tip Trishonna shares is to apply deodorant in the morning instead of before bed.

This prevents the deodorant from sweating off and becoming sticky while sleeping. Trishonna personally prefers using Arm & Hammer deodorant.

3. Use baby powder

She mentions that using baby powder is also effective, especially if you tend to sweat a lot.

Applying a small amount of powder to the chest and under the breasts can keep these areas fresh and odor-free.

4. Apply deodorant to other sweat-prone areas

Moving on to lower body tips, Trishonna admits that sweating in intimate areas is a common issue.

She suggests rubbing deodorant on the inner thighs, under the buttocks, and even across the buttocks for maximum effectiveness. Additionally, she mentions the use of powder to keep the area dry.

5. Don't sweat it!

Finally, Trishonna tells her viewers not to worry about sweating too much. It’s natural and she explains that worrying about it too much can actually trigger more sweat to be produced.

for years I have been using Mens Unscented Mitchum roll on. I am overweight and have to apply it under my boobs or I get a red painful rash from sweating. If I do not apply it within 10 minutes out of the shower the rash starts up. Do not waste your money buying from those places on facebook because they do not stop the rash, especially the product in the light green container! Mitchum roll on will stop that rash!

I use apple cider vinegar under my breasts. You are probably Experiencing a fungal bloom. I I use a small travel size spray bottle to spritz the affected area. I also get a belly button rash because I am allergic to base metals in the buttons on my jeans. If your rash is really bad, the vinegar will sting like crazy but the stinging will stop in seconds. Use it daily as a preventative. It doesn’t sting unless rash is severe. Hope this helps!
