Tools and materials:

  • 2 cups filtered water
  • Fresh rosemary
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • Pan
  • Strainer
  • Glass jug
  • Spray bottle
Heating ingredients

1. Heat ingredients

Slice the ginger, but no need to peel it. Add it to a pan with the water and rosemary.


Boil the mixture for 10 minutes over medium heat. Leave it to infuse for 15 minutes.

Strain the liquid into a heatproof glass container and allow it to cool.

Strain again into a spray bottle. You can keep it in the refrigerator for 1 month.

Spray all over your hair and massage it in well.

    I have a jar of Organics rosemary (for cooking). Can I use a couple of tablespoons of this instead of buying fresh?
