Make 3 Braids Then Do THIS

This is a beautiful idea for a wedding or any formal occasion.

It looks stunning but it’s really quite straightforward to do.

Practise a couple of times before the big day and you’ll sail through it.

Tools and materials:

  • Invisible hair ties
  • Brush
  • Tail comb
  • Bobby pins
  • Hair spray
  • Curling tongs (optional)
  • Hair decoration

1. Section your hair

Separate a few strands of hair at the front to frame your face.

Brush your hair smooth.

Divide the rest of your hair horizontally into three sections. Use a tail comb for accuracy.

The first section should be at the very top of your head and end at your crown, to give lift in that area.

Gather them into separate hair ties and pull the sections tight.

2. Make a twist

Divide the top section into two strands.

Holding them taut, twist them around each other as evenly as possible.

Wrap a hair tie around the ends to hold the twist in place.

Carefully coil the twist around itself on your crown, making sure the original hair tie is covered.

Secure it with plenty of bobby pins and make sure the ends are tucked in.

Repeat with the other two sections, placing each in a vertical line below the previous coil and close to it, so there are no gaps.
