FAST+SIMPLE SUMMER FOOT SCRUB.

Summer is here!
The weather is warm making us get all our summer clothes together to wear,
Our shoes coming out the closet,
We all enjoy a nice foot scrub to get our feet ready to be able to wear our favourite shoes,sandles all our summer shoes.
Today's post I'm going to share a home-made foot scrub it's very fast to make and you will have the ingredients in your kitchen cupboard I would imagine..
Let's start.
*Olive oil
*Sea Salt
*Fine salt
*Bottle to store
I used half a small cup full of olive oil
I mix 10/15 twists with sea salt
I grind it just a little..
I add the fine salt
Transfer it to a glass jug, so you can transfer it to your bottle
In the jug was some rosemary left over,only a little I just added it in with the mix, just a little..
Fill your bottle up
Pop the lid on
And that's it all made.
How fast was that.
Store in the fridge and let it cool.
Waiting to be used.
Summer is certainly here.
It's time to relax,have a cocktail and pamper my feet.
How I used this
I use it has a foot scrub, the salt works great.
I rub it all over my feet letting it all soak into my feet,
I soak my feet in a foot bath.
I feel the salt working like magic.
I rub my feet after about 15 mins.
It has left my feet very soft Indeed.
Once dried I use a foot cream.
And that's how I used the foot scrub.
*Please don't use this in the shower it could be very dangerous.

Foot scrub is easy to make no need to spend lots of money.
Salt is very good at exfoliating so this will level your feet extra soft with using olive oil also,
Very natural and worthwhile.
Adding it while cool helps with blood flow in the feet,

Or maybe "Kosher" salt?
Thank you for including do not use in shower because it would be dangerous. Let’s hope everybody listens. Great foot scrub.
