1. In a shoe to prevent sweaty feet
That’s right, placing a pantyliner in the soles of the shoes will absorb the sweat from your feet and stop your feet from slipping around. They will essentially give you more grip.
2. Inside a hat to absorb sweat and makeup
Placing a pantyliner inside the rim of a hat will also make it sit more firmly around your head by absorbing the sweat and stopping it from shifting around.
3. Inside a shirt to stop sweat rings
If you know you’re going to get sweating in hot weather and are worried about sweat marks showing, a pantyliner is your solution.
It will absorb the sweat from your underarms before it reaches the jacket.

This fills a need for me. I have a Morton's Toe condition on one foot that requires a wider shoe than actually fits. I have shoe liners but they are always plastic, foam, or silk. Everyone of them them has it's own problem in keeping the shoes on. This cotton pantyliner idea keeps my feet from moving, feels much better, and even has the sticky backing to prevent it from moving as I walk.👍️ Thanks!!
I’m laughing at the pad in your hat. Imagine taking your hat off and there for the world to see is a panty liner. How embarrassing. I guess tampons for earrrings is next. Lord, lord, some of these ideas.
