Grab a Toilet Brush & an Old Denim Jacket... 😳

Hey guys! I can’t wait to show you how to make your own bleached denim jacket. Let’s upcycle that old jean jacket and give it a refresh. I love finding creative ways to give new life to old clothes.

Tools and materials:
- Old denim jacket
- New toilet brush
- Bleach
- Bucket
- Garbage bag
1. Gather your supplies
You’re going to need a toilet brush for this, so go pick up a new one at your local discount shop. You’ll also need to pick up some bleach and a bucket.
2. Prepare your materials
Go outside, or to a well-ventilated area, and lay your jacket out on a garbage bag so you don’t stain the surface of the area you’re working on.
3. Bleach it up
Pour some bleach into a bucket and dip the toilet brush into the bleach.
Now, shake the bleach-soaked brush over the front and back of the jacket.
Give it a little time to dry and marvel over how the bleach droplets start to create a gorgeous galaxy-style effect on the fabric.
DIY bleached denim jacket
I love this stone-washed denim type of look. It has such an 80s rock and roll vibe. Give this DIY a try and leave me a comment to let me know how it goes.
