Tools and materials:
- Hair tie
- Clear hair elastic
1. Make a small ponytail
Make a ponytail with a small amount of hair and secure it with a thin hair tie.
2. Make a 2nd ponytail with a loop, underneath the 1st
Flip the half ponytail in front of your face, temporarily. Then secure a 2nd ponytail with a clear hair elastic.
On the last twist of the elastic, create a loop with the hair.
3. Pull the tail through
Pull the 1st ponytail through the loop.
Then pull at either side of the other ponytail to tighten everything.
The result of this ponytail hack is a gorgeous half ponytail with extra body and an elegant way to cover the hair ties.
