Wrap the twilly around your neck once, bringing the ends evenly to the front.
2. Thread the bit
Thread one end of the twilly into a ring from the ring snaffle bit.
Thread the other side and pull the ends so the bit sits in front of your throat.
3. Tie the ends
Bring the ends of the twilly to the back and tie them in a double knot.

I'm wondering why wear a turtle neck if you're going to cover it up. I would wear the scarf with a different blouse. The idea does look nice.
