1. Prepare your skin
After your shower, apply some face serum to nourish your skin. Follow with a touch of face cream to create a hydrated base.
Allow the cream to absorb fully. Then apply a thin layer of face primer to smooth your skin and create a perfect canvas for your makeup.
2. Create the perfect base
Mix your foundation with a small amount of beauty balm on the back of your hand to customize the shade to match your skin tone.
Using a foundation brush, apply the mixture evenly across your face. Use your fingertips to gently blend around the eyes.
Use concealer to target darker areas such as under-eye corners, the bridge of your nose, or any spots. Lightly tap with your fingers for a seamless finish.
Set your foundation with translucent powder, dabbing under your eyes and sweeping across your face to ensure longevity.
3. Add dimension with bronzer and blusher
Apply bronzer lightly across your cheeks to add warmth, especially during winter.
Use a neutral blush and apply it to the bottom edge of your cheekbones. Create a circular motion at the cheeks and push upwards towards the eyes. Blend well with a blusher brush.
4. Enhance your brows
Fill in sparse areas of your brows with light strokes that look like tiny hairs. Use a spoolie brush to blend and even out the color for a natural look.
5. The perfect eye makeup for older women
Start with eye primer to smooth your eyelids and ensure long-lasting eyeshadow.
Apply a cream eyeshadow shade to your eyelids using a soft brush. Use a taupe shade above your eyelids.
Look directly in the mirror with eyes open to ensure the shadow shows even with sagging eyelids. Blend well from the outer corners toward the center.
Apply charcoal eyeliner close to your upper lash line to create the appearance of thicker lashes.Â
Lightly run it under the lower lashes for definition.
Finish off with a coat of waterproof black mascara on your upper lashes.
6. Highlight and brighten
Use highlighter under your brow bones, along your cheekbones, and on your Cupid’s bow to catch the light and add brightness. Pat gently to blend.
7. Perfect your lips
Apply lip primer around the edges of your lips to prevent lipstick from bleeding.
Use a bold, winter-friendly lipstick shade like Mulberry. Apply directly from the bullet, blot, and reapply for long-lasting color.
8. Chic fashion look for women over 50
Pair a cozy winter jumper (e.g., thick wool) with a crinkle-effect skirt or dress for a chic yet comfortable look.
Opt for practical footwear like black faux suede boots to complete your outfit.
Add statement accessories such as pink earrings or a long necklace to elevate your ensemble.

Very good tutorial and you look so classy. It’s so nice to see someone my age who is aging gracefully and not trying to desperately look twenty. Can’t be done anyway with an aging face and body. Doesn’t mean we can’t try, but gracefully please! You are a classy role model!
