Easy Hair Styling Tutorial: How to Do Unicorn Heatless Curls
Hi everyone! Are you excited to learn a new hair styling technique?
Upstyle Recommends!
Today, we’re diving into the world of unicorn heatless curls — a magical and gentle way to achieve beautiful, bouncy curls without any heat.
Tools and materials:
- Hair oil
- Thin hair scarf
1. Apply hair oil
Start by rubbing some hair oil into your hair. Hair oil helps to moisturize and hydrate your hair, making it more flexible and easier to style.
2. Place scarf on hair
Next, take a thin scarf. Place one end of it in your mouth, as I have done, and lay the rest of it along your center parting.
3. Wrap the hair
Then take a small section of hair on each side at the top of your head. Proceed to take one section, wrap it over and under the scarf, and then back into the same hand.
Then take the other section over, under, and back in the same hand. Remember, we are wrapping, not crossing.
Now you're going to add in hair to one of your sections, doing the same thing - taking it over, under, and back in the same hand.
Do the same thing with the opposite section - add in hair, take it over, under and back in the same hand. Continue all the way down, incorporating all of your hair into it.
Remember, throughout the process, you’re holding onto the same sections of hair. You’re simply adding new pieces as you go along.
Continue that all the way down, and here is how it will look from the back.
4. Sleep with the scarf in
Keep your hair wrapped in this style overnight.
5. Unwrap the hair
When you wake up the next day, it’s time to unwrap your hair.
