Hello guys

Summer in England is hot, we're having a heatwave at the moment. I'm certainly not complaining.

Wearing our lovely summer shoes, we tend to care for our feet more in THEASE months..

This rich, creamy scrub helps leave your feet feeling soft, smooth, and refreshed. So easy to make with simple ingredients you may already have at home!

The foot scrub I make today is so simple.

I had some almond moisturiser cream.

I could tweak around with this, I thought.

The only thing you need is

SUGAR

I added two tablespoons of sugar to the pot of cream

Mix it through, making it into a Evan consistency

Like so

Test it to see if you can feel the sugar. If you can't add another spoon full.

Once happy, place into the fridge and let it cool.

How to use

Rub it in to your feet, especially your heals in between toes ect,

Let the foot scrub soak in while gently rubbing your feet

Either use this In the bath, or you could remove the residue with cotton wool, which would allow you to see the dead skin it has removed.

Leaving your feet very summer worthy.

Sugar is great to exfoliate all our body, feet and hands.

The only thing sugar is good for "I must say!

So easy to make,

It took less then 30 seconds.

Any moisture will work, no need to buy any scrubs if we have sugar in our cupboard.

Leaving it to be cool in the fridge will soothe feet, giving a cooling and soothing sensation to your skin.

So if you need a quick fix to make those feet glow, once more

Get the sugar out.

Enjoy, Have a wonderful summer
